The information you should provide will include the following:

1. Your contact details.
2. ID code of the image you are interested in.
3. Usage: whether advertising, book/editorial, brochure or web.
4. File format and resolution for reproduction.
5. Term of usage.
6. Deadline to receive your file. This is required as some of the images may need re-scanning at a higher resolution than web, depending on intended usage.
